Civil Engineer, PMP®, Master in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance, Masters in Integral Project Management, bilingual with two years of university teaching experience at undergraduate level, two years of research experience in the process of categorizing groups by Colciencias, 16 years’ experience on project management, market identification processes, designing and implementing business strategies and attracting new customers in multinational companies in the energy sector and two years of experience in the general management of small and medium enterprises in the food sector and construction of civil works in the processes of planning, development, monitoring and project control of all areas of an organization of this type. I am a results-oriented researcher, the goal is to exceed the expectations of stakeholders but within the parameters of ethics, I excelled in the creation, implementation, and development of new projects, I am excellent negotiator since the work area I had developed and conducted negotiations with government agencies and companies of different sizes, always looking for a win-win, additionally I have a focus on customer service and teamwork, all with the goal of being a leader and develop the human capital team which I belong.
