Holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and English), a Specialization in Educational Management from Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, and a Master’s degree in Education from Arturo Prat University in Chile. He has experience in foreign language instruction at Humanities School – Facultad de Estudios a Distancia (FESAD). She is currently a full-time professor and researcher at the International Language Institute at UPTC - Sogamoso. She has published articles in several magazines, and she is the author and content advisor for two extension courses with an impact on the UPTC branches; she has participated in international events as a speaker. Her main research focuses on topics such as Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence applied to foreign language learning.
