Holds a Master’s degree in Language Teaching, specializing in Information Technology for Teaching, and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and English). Her research interests include teaching and learning English in the classroom and in virtual environments, as well as implementing various teaching methods to improve English language proficiency. She is a full-time teacher and member of the IMCLE (Investigación Multidisciplinar en Culturas y Lenguas Extranjeras) research group at the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia.
